After the service industry I moved into the field of Mining. Since starting in Morenci I've become a mentor, then an operator 2, and now the lead mentor for crew 1 working hand in hand with the training department. Excels in challenging situations. Excellent collaborator, and extremely adaptable. Successful leader, trainer and coach. I enjoy training people to reach their full potential in a safe and productive manner.
