I am in charge of moderator for online cultural exchange programs that connect children in Japan with children around the world. I am also involved in marketing to offer this program to schools.

I was a tutor for students learning Japanese as a native Japanese speaker. I learned that by conveying the background of the country, rather than just teaching the language, you can help students understand the differences between their own country and Japan, and promote a better understanding.

At a nursery school for the poor in Rwanda, I was working to provide an environment where children from small children to elementary school students could enjoy learning English, to broaden their prospects. I continued to provide online guidance for about eight months and then provided guidance on-site for about a month.
