• Loaded and unloading materials from machine when is done.
• Monitored machine performance, identify issues, and made necessary adjustments.
• Inspected finished products for defects and ensured compliance with company specifications.
• Used micrometers,calipers, microscope, and scales for weight and density check.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisor to streamline production processes and improve overall efficiency.

MACHINES I operated at TESLA.

IMC CALENDAR MACHINE:

machine compress raw black powder mixed with white powder

to formed a roll of film.

LAMINATION MACHINE:

this machine take a roll of black film and a roll of raw

aluminum foil and then laminated into a roll of finish roll of

electrode film.

SLITTER MACHINE:

this machine will take a roll of electrode film and cut it into

2 or more slices of electrode rolls.

PLUS have 5 yrs and more in production assembly.

Prepped raw material,cleaned machine and surroundings,received a blue print work order.

MACHINES I OPRATE

MILL,HYDROCUTTER, AND EXTRUTION

• Starts milling raw rubber material into a slap like one big rubber sheet, and then proceed to use a hydrocutter to cut the rubber into required size(s) counted and placed the cut rubber into a bin with quantity pieces required to use for an order on the blue or rout sheet specifications. Use extrution machine to make one or

more single srtip(s) to do a job.

• For each work order use different rubber and cut size(s).
• Using tools like calipers,weight scales,cutting knife,ruler and screwdrivers to complete all job(s).
