1. Worked to ensure all customer needs were met. This primarily included concession needs; fulfilling orders within a timely manner. Sometimes assisting coworkers with their orders, particularly if it is a large one. Working at the highest efficiency during packed occasions was vital. If there was ever a customer issue beyond the position, to get a manager to assist them as soon as possible. As such, communication skills were essential as well.

2. Worked to ensure the cleanliness on the floor and in the auditoriums. Limited work with chemicals, primarily using a broom and dust pan to clean up messes of solids, while the primary custodial position cleaned up messes of liquids and other excretions. Time management was a vital skill that was utilized as well; essential to making sure trash cans were in the correct auditoriums by the end of showtimes.

Worked to ensure the safety of all patrons in and outside of the pool and other areas within the facility. Learned and maintained proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support. Provided friendly customer service to guests and addressed concerns. Responded to patron incidents in professional and timely manner. Handled incident reporting accurately and efficiently, documenting any occurrences that required intervention or assistance from lifeguard staff.
