Konner Frazier

I am a junior at Sam Houston State majoring in animation, and I am motivated and willing to learn new skills. I am a detail-oriented student with excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills. I will use my abilities to successfully fill the vacancy in your department. I am frequently praised as hardworking by my peers, I can be relied upon to help your department achieve its goals.

• Was ranked in the top 6 for the UIL Film Competition under the category of Traditional Animation from sophomore year to senior year of high school. Won 4th place sophomore year, won 1st place (state champion) junior year, and also won 3rd place senior year.
• Created an animated commercial for a local company James McCoy's Drug Store by using stop motion animation with Lego.
• Participated in region band from sophomore year to senior year of high school. Earned 4th chair honor band sophomore year, 8th chair symphonic band junior year, and 2nd chair honor band my senior year.
• Participated in region jazz for three years in a row in high school from sophomore year to senior year. Was 5th chair first band the first year, 3rd chair but moved to second in first band the second year, and was ranked first chair in first band the third year.
• Participated in One Act Play in high school from freshman year to the first half of senior year. Was an alternate the first year, had a minor role the second year, and was a crew member the third year.
• Played piano since the age of seven and also played at every fall and spring recital since then until senior year.
• Was brass section leader for two years in a row both junior and senior year.
