
Grew up on the farm operating skid steers, tractors, combines, semi trucks, loaders. Very familiar and comfortable in large machinery and trucks, as my work history has continued to allow me to grow and learn in operating machinery and trucks. Long hours and dirty hands have never scared me and always trying to do my best and preform the task at hand safely.
Manage parts department at diesel repair shop. Help customers get the correct parts to get them back on the road. Ensure parts inventory is correct and up to date. Rearrange parts department and organize for maximum efficiency. Work with multiple different parts softwares learning the in depth configurations of all different makes and models of trucks. Maintain positive, clean, efficient work environment while putting customers first. Preform all final test drives on finished semi trucks or semi trucks in the diagnostic stage.
Drove a 2000 379 Peterbilt, 290 wheelbase, 18 speed transmission. Pulled a 40ft Travis end-dump. Hauling Wet Distillers Grain to hundreds of feedlots in Kansas. Preformed thorough pre-trip inspection before hitting the road. Performed tight skillful backs to get the product off, made tight turns into narrow drives. Maintained a clean truck and clean driving record. Always put safety first and got the job done to the best of my ability.
Diagnosed & Replaced parts on semi trucks. Changed brakes, wheel seals, differentials, transmissions, etc. Performed DOT inspections, and routine services on all makes and models of semi trucks. All while maintaining a clean safe work environment.
Operated large John deer tractors and grain carts. Operated John deer combines. Drove truck and trailer to and from grain bins. Preformed routine maintenance to all machinery daily ensuring all parts and components are up to spec.
