AT&T Network Edge & Cybersecurity is a multi Billion dollar business, offering that end to end connectivity from user/enterprise to cloud and while protecting the user/device and all data. Responsible for launching integrated offers for existing products as well as defining/launching new product offers, based on industry trends/reports.

• Leading a cross-functional team to deliver AT&T SD-WAN/SASE solutions(Cloud Security) for a $100 Mil portfolio.
• Inducted to the AT&T 2021 Culture Hall of Fame for Move faster, Act Boldy initiative.
• Recipient of multiple AT&T connection awards for collaborating and delivering results across all partner teams.
• Contributor to the MEF SASE standardization effort.

AT&T Unified communications offers voice/video conferencing, collaboration and contact center solutions, based off of solutions from multiple vendors like Cisco, Zoom etc. Solutions are offered in a seamless manner from AT&T cloud as well as from the vendors own cloud globally. This is a UCaaS service.

• Led a 2 year technology transition initiative to retain a 100 customer, $47Million/year revenue stream by replacing the Cisco Telepresence solution with a newer substitute and with interop to Cloud based services like Cisco Webex for video bridging.
• Delivered an interim solution using manual processes to retain customers and protect revenues, and won 10 customer deals.
• Launched new solutions to close gaps in the product portfolio, by partnering with vendors like Serenova(Telstrat), eLoyalty(Contact Center) to offer integrated solutions(Involved in the full lifecycle of ideation to cash).
• Enabled the services in Philippines and Vietnam with routine special work for China, to meet regulatory compliance.
• Released a number of custom solutions to cater to large customer deals, support sales for RFP's and deal shaping.

Product management for the Cisco Technical support organization. An eyeopener opportunity to identify the hidden costs of poor products and customer experience and drive change.

• Drove several key initiatives to remedy product performance for the Nexus Switching product portfolio, by collaborating with the business unit, driving change with the consequential savings to the tune of $6 million by a reduction in customer tickets/calls and enhancing customer confidence.
• Automated the data handling by the product managers and saved the team over $400K annually, as well as helped increase the teams productivity.

Product management for the ASR1000 series router portfolio,

• forecasting for inventory management of ASICs on the hardware product family
• Release management for the ASR1000 feature set, RTU license enablement initiatives

• Led a team of engineers from India/Italy and Dallas to develop the Switching platform
• Built a team in Bangalore(India), on request from the VP of engineering
• US Patent Holder - Invented a TCP/IP tunneling protocol for Optical networks
