I process orders for CPAP supplies and attach referrals in the regions where required. Look over orders to make correct HCPC quantities are correct, current address on order and taking payments.
I received inbound phone calls regarding new or existing personal and student loans people inquiring about.Answering about the loans we had such as percentage rates, terms offered and what documents are required to submit with application. I helped with existing loans such as payments plans on past due accounts, possible refinancing current loan and payoff balance on loan. We also worked in chat room answering questions for people.
Working in this department of Apria, we handled calls in regard to DME. Answering questions about equipment being delivered, confirming addresses and copays due.
