Re entered the workforce in 2003 after my daughter went to school. prior to 2003 held various manufacturing positions at companies such as Deka, Great American Knitting Mill, Federal Mogul.
Once I began working for Walmart I stayed there and advanced at the store level to the position of Co-Manager.
In 2012 i was diagnosed with a life altering autoimmune condition that eventually forced me to leave the management role and take a lesser role as personnel manager. Eventually, unfortunately I was unable to hold even that position due to my declining health.
In 2017, nine months after leaving Walmart I was awarded Disability for my condition and resultant inability to work outside of the home.
Fast forward to the present. My condition has stabilized to the point that I feel comfortable with doing some work again.
A work from home position would be ideal due to the extensively altered physical appearance cause by my condition.
However, depending on the job and circumstances a position outside of the home would be a possibility.
