Hyatt Vacation Club has never had Quality Assurance Officers, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to come back to the QA role. I have set up the process and role here at Hyatt. ( HVC is a part of MVC) I do want to stay with the QA role, but I would like to get back to Orlando.

• Booked presentations for Owners and Guests.

• Introduced Disney Vacation Club to guests visiting Walt Disney World and invited those guests to learn about the advantages of being a DVC member.
• Performed above goal all three years while the way of working was continuously changing.

• I wanted to work for DVC, so this part-time job got me in WDW.
• I had a lot of fun and learned how to create the Disney Magic.

• Was an extension of the sale. Made sure the purchaser understood what was purchased and there were no lingering objections.
• Came back after Covid and found a lot had changed. I left to find a new start.

• Sales Left due to Covid

• Was an extension of the sales process.
• Made sure the purchase was understood and closed any lingering objections.

• Upgraded owners and also sold new leads.
• Maintained a cancellation rate under the resort average.
