I lead a team in changing from retail to E commerce and set standards in the new process and increased production as much as 40%. I spent 3 years outside the company to get involved in sales that involved a totally different market and learned more about competitive vendors and customer service. I enjoy taking on new challenges, setting goals, and sharing ideas for the success of my team.
