Oversaw and managed several large project Re-stacks projects, which included design and construction components, all Move, Add, and Change (MAC) projects, office relocations, furniture coordination, and miscellaneous project services to ensure smooth, efficient execution in partnership with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Move Coordination Services

• Managed all aspects of move management, including internal resources and contracted services such as movers, furniture installers, IT, security, electrical, and facilities.

Furniture Coordination Services

• Oversaw the coordination of furniture additions, deletions, and reconfigurations in office environments, ensuring compliance with customer design guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Managed furniture procurement processes, including POs, and invoicing for all associated services.
• Collaborated with furniture suppliers, warehousing facilities, and logistics teams to schedule furniture pick-ups and deliveries.
• Co- partnered to help lead the Fine artwork hanging program, which includes the management of the installation of artwork, whiteboards, and other decorative items as need per customer requests and standards
• Provided inventory management services, including tracking and reporting on furniture, specialty items, and storage materials.

Miscellaneous Project Oversight

• Provided project management for space reconfigurations, including office swaps, electrical and data changes, access control updates, and storage reconfigurations.
• Managed decommissioning projects, coordinating with all relevant parties for the proper disposition of excess furniture and equipment (reuse, sale, donation, or disposal).
• Oversaw the setup and management of conference rooms and special event spaces, ensuring that all layouts and furniture met customer requirements.
• Troubleshot and repaired furniture issues, ensuring ongoing functionality and compliance with design and safety standards.

• Lead a cross functional North American team to deliver capital and operational projects services including all related workplace strategies, moves, and MAC’ execution which include, the development and design of strategic space and occupancy plans, move/ project schedules/ budgets, move coordination documents and communications, preliminary designs and project feasibility services, FF&E procurement/ decommissions/ repairs, Ergonomic & Health and Safety Accommodation requests, re-configurations, utilization of our self- perform program, and warehouse management, and overall facility operations
• Utilized broad scope of industry knowledge and dynamic business acumen toward directing forward-thinking strategy, integration, execution, deliverables, and metrics reporting for all physical moves and Capital projects throughout the footprint, including liaising among IT infrastructure and support teams as North American MAC/ Project/ Program Management process documentation leader
• Lead targeted decision-making among a North American top-performing team, including developing goals and objectives; handling training in ergonomics, health, and safety, and facilitating valuable succession planning and execution
• Contribute talent as RFP work stream Subject Matter Expert (SME) for corporate Project Management, Operations, and MAC services, including providing efficient process, requirements drafting for initial RFPs, vendor bid reviews, and quantification and measurement of responses, as well as vendor integration (i.e SLA's, KPI's)
• Helped to spearhead the US Real Estate development, actions, and execution specific to overall workplace services request tool (EWR) enhancements, and further capture and prioritize required improvements and proficiently quantify associated costs
• Formalize Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Simplified System Requirements Specification (SSRS), and coordinate various budget and associated development spend, as well as deployment schedule communications
