My name is Kristiana Mitchell, I was always athletic as a child. I ran cross country, and trained with a strength and conditioning coach. I started Lagree when I was 17 and fell in love with the method instantly. It humbled and challenged me like nothing else. It made me stronger mentally and physically. I saw results fast and became addicted. My passion for Lagree grew in a short amount of time.
I got certified in 2021. My excitement to evolve as a trainer and share the art of the Lagree method never stopped. I quickly knew I wanted to make this my career. My goal is to always create a safe space to anyone that walks into the studio. The most rewarding thing as a fitness instructor is to watch my clients gain confidence, impress themselves, reach their goals, and progress each time they take a class.
