I am an agent here with a brand new agency. I am responsible for fielding web leads and live transfers. I am responsible for all quoting and service work. I am the senior agent on this team. I work remotely but travel to office monthly.

I was a salesman on a team that was making huge success in the agency! This was an exciting fast paced environment. This was my first experience as part of an actual sales team. Working together to hit VC! We had some great numbers. I learned a lot here. I was responsible for quoting my own clients for the first time and that opened my eyes. I was trained here more to be an agent not just a salesman. This was the largest staff I have ever worked with. Managing personal relationship and getting along with my team is very important. I am a people pleaser by nature and I had a lot to prove! I was thriving under a sales manager to mentor our team and to manage my production. We were focusing on a one call close platform and my closing ratio was almost up to 30%! This is my favorite way to sell. Win or lose, all on the table, right here right now!

I was scouted from the marketing firm during covid when there was no work. I took the position at Aegis as an appointment setter. From there I got my insurance license and became an Agent. I started in the commercial department but was moved to person lines during my pregnancy. I handled the personal needs of the commercial clients here and was blessed to receive a spot in The Closers Clique. This was a year long course on social media marketing. I am still involved with this group and meet several times a month to discuss the algorithm and new organic methods to generate business. I enjoy this and have a large library of content from the last few years. I was a sales only agent here. I had a quoter out of the country and a dedicated account rep also.
