With over 31 years of experience as a medical laboratory technician/technologist, I have gained extensive expertise in various aspects of the field. Throughout my career, I have been involved in generalist work, training new employees, supervising phlebotomists, and interacting with doctors, nurses, vendors, and patients. Additionally, my nearly eight years of active-duty service for the U.S. Army allowed me to enhance my skills in supervising and training other Army personnel.
