  • Ensure and monitor accurate integration and input of oil, gas, and water production data from field data capture into production accounting software systems.
  • Partner and work with field staff and Lease Operators via email and calls to resolve any issues, answer any questions, and troubleshoot any inaccuracies regarding production data entries. This includes verifying Lact flow and sales, Oil Run Tickets, water hauls, gas use, (flare/vent, false flow, lease use) skim events and any other draw or disposition event.
  • Endeavor continuously to monitor daily and monthly review of data to ensure accuracy throughout.
  • Daily and monthly review of entered and allocated oil, gas and water production volumes.
  • Tasked with working alongside Revenue personnel to complete and coordinate in meeting deadlines and general workflow regarding timely monthly allocations, payment, and sales.
  • Tasked with reviewing FMPs (Texas and New Mexico) and working alongside Engineering and Field personnel to ensure lease attributes (Tanks, meters, lease equipment, etc.) Routes are built out and added to delivery systems, and Route views are timely for accurate data collection.
  • Review and daily troubleshooting of allocation and possible reporting issues.
  • Utilization of multiple and various software systems for data capture, analysis, report generation and distribution.
