My position as GM includes:

• Creating bartender and food truck schedules weekly
• Ordering, receiving delivers and stocking from multiple liquor and food distributors
• Building and reconciling the staffs' banks daily
• Building and editing menus on the TOAST POS system
• Creating Seasonal drink menus
• Training and continuing education of staff
• Monthly Inventory
• Daily managing of staff
• Booking and overseeing private events such as weddings and birthday parties
• Planning weekly/Monthly specials events
• Booking bands and party planning
• Sight manager for Festivals including Offbeat Music Festival and Decompression
• Organize and manage cleaning of work spaces
• General handyman repairs and maintenance of building and equipment
• Customer Service and Bartending as well

• Bartender in a face paced, high volume environment.
• Helped monthly with inventory
• Provided excellent customer service and fostered a group of regulars that felt like family

Working in this 60 tap taphouse is where I fell in love with craft beer. I also loved beer, but working in the amazing space that the owners cultivated really grew my knowledge and love for all things beer.
