Promoted to the Junior Agent role. In addition to the responsibilities listed in previous position (Print Assistant), I provided support to the agency by performing the responsibilities below:

• Booking jobs from start to finish: from introduction emails to new clients to final invoicing after bookings
• Confirmed smooth operations between clients and talent by acting as liaison.
• Maintained relationships with high-profile clients in the industry through consistent communication.
• Further assist with agency billing: drafting invoices within a timely manner to ensure talent and the agency are compensated for work completed.
• Continuing to maintain bookings on agency calendar and organize necessary documents for payment process.
• Instituted effective strategies for recruiting, managing, and developing the agency's diverse talent roster
• Attended industry events for talent scouting outside of day to day on the street scouting.
• In addition to past responsibilities of facilitating and coordinating new talent interviews, the added responsibility of taking part in new talent interviews.

• Facilitated development and management for talent including: creating portfolio arrangements, providing tailored wardrobing mood boards catered to each talent's individual needs, final selections on professional galleries to create a competitive well rounded portfolio
• Provided insight and guidance for talent entering the industry and garnered successfully booked talent from these efforts
• Maintained and spearheaded talent roster clean-ups: sent check ins/follow ups to talent who are inactive to get them back on track and competitive or release from their contract.
