With 26 years of experience in public education, I have held various roles as a classroom teacher and administrator. My certifications include English Language Arts grades 6-12, Special Education 6-12, and Principal as an Instructional Leader. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD) at Abilene Christian University, my passion for educational research has flourished. I am particularly drawn to preparing educators for the dynamic and rapidly evolving teaching landscape. Throughout my academic career, I have consistently demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Adapting quickly to new environments is second nature to me, and I am eager to contribute to team success while further developing my professional abilities. With a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and growth, I approach every task with enthusiasm. My hands-on experience in education and leadership has honed my ability to navigate challenges effectively. I possess strong problem-solving skills and take a proactive approach to new tasks. Furthermore, I have a creative and results-oriented mindset, dedicated to advancing knowledge in teaching and learning within a diverse world.
