Interests

My interests and hobbies are deeply rooted in motorsports and racing I have a strong passion for driver development and enjoy working one-on-one with up-and-coming drivers to help them develop their skills and achieve success throughout their racing careers One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing drivers progress through the ranks and knowing that I played a small part in their development

I have had the opportunity to work with and support several young talents who have continued to advance their careers and move into higher levels of NASCAR competition These experiences have reinforced my passion for driver development and motivated me to continue improving my own skills as a coach and member of a race team

Being a racer myself gives me a unique perspective when coaching drivers because I understand the challenges and pressures from the driver's seat firsthand This experience allows me to better understand what a driver is communicating, make informed adjustments quickly, and provide effective feedback during practice, qualifying, and race situations

I also utilize AIM data acquisition and analysis to help drivers better understand their performance By reviewing data, I can identify areas for improvement and explain how changes in driving technique, line selection, braking, throttle application, and vehicle setup can improve overall performance

My goal is to continue growing within motorsports, contribute to the success of a race team, and help develop the next generation of drivers
