- Routine on-call 12-18 hour work days / 70+ hour week, working all holidays.
- Maintaining multiple on-going jobs at once. Several updates were needed in order to keep all parties informed and on the same page. Organization and communication were essential.
- Conducted thorough calculations as well as on-board product testing for Energy Transfer on foreign international vessels. Russia, China, Greece, Italy, etc. Charters would load 300-500k barrels of Ethane, Propane & Butane. Exceeding temperatures as low as -120°F.
- Configured and submitted multiple detailed reports and calculations signed and stamped by all parties involved.
- Conducted similar procedures on crude oil vessels and gasoline barges. Every inspection included several samplings from each compartment upon completion. Temperatures as high as 150°F.
- Measurements taken from delivering shore tank prior to and upon completion to ensure the agreed quantity between terminal and charter were met.
- Measured, temp. & sampled shore tanks consisting of gasoline, jet fuel & crude oil to ensure customer testing requirements were met prior to sale and shipment.
- Worked alongside Loss Control in events related to discrepancies in quantities between Terminal & Charter.
- Ensured compliance with industry regulations through meticulous attention to detail during inspections.
- Monitored equipment calibration processes to ensure reliability in testing procedures.
