12 Years- I was mostly a first grade teacher. I was always given the low and most of the esl students. As a result my reading scores were usually on the lower side. However, one year my scores were the highest in the school. I volunteered to do after school reading for the children who needed extra help.As a result they did better in school. I was in charge of ESI testing for many years.
