I have the skill to handling stressful situations and conflicts. I excellent communication skills that I have to use everyday at work and in school as well. Working excellent in a team and I’m a team player as well. Always trying to solve the problems when it comes up and I love to help people in the team if they need it. When I need help I communicate and ask quiestions so I can learn. I have a skill since I was a little kid that I can read people from their body language and the way they speak. If I talk to a person I can tell very shortly if they lying or not. I also know when to act in a situation and when to back off from it as well. Always trying to use my head and I stay calm in stressful situations. If I have to do something new that I never did before, I can learn it really fast if I understand it clearly and if the person shows it to me. I’ve been training Martial Arts since I was 4 years old and I train my body everyday of the week. My father was in the government in Hungary, and he was training me how to handle stressful situations and how to communicate with others. I learned how to work in a team from my government internship where I was working with SID (Special Investigator Division) at the sheriff’s department and I did background checks and helped out the investigators. I got certified to do background checks and I got certified to be confidential as well for the job.

- As a crew member of Trader Joe’s I have to give customers a good experience and help them out anytime they need it. Our first priority is costumer service so I interact with people all the time and help them out with looking up an item when is it going to be in the store, tell them my opinion about certain items, and answering to phone calls from people who trying to reach the company. I’m helping out with the truck when it comes in and trying to make the managers life easier and help them out in their job. Im a section leader on cookie and candy, I was also a section leader on meat as well. My job is to order the items that we need and make sure the assigned section looks good and ready for customers to shop. I often get crew members to help me out with working the section so I have to lead people and tell them what they should do and how. Im part of the safty team in the store, my responsibility is to make sure everyone is doing their job safe and also keeping their environment as safe as possible because of the lot of customers in the store. I often train new people and show them around the store. I introduce the store policy for them snd teach them how to do their job safe and the best as they can!
