• Used advanced widefield calcium imaging acquisition and processing techniques to understand the mechanisms of impulse control in awake, behaving mice.
• Resulted in 2 first co-authored and 2 co-authored journal publications.

• Designed a project to stimulate and record electrophysiological signals in the spinal cord of Neuropathic pain patients.
• Acquired and analyzed data using Vicon real-time motion capture system.

• Project on establishing structural and functional connectivity in mice cortical and sub-cortical systems by injecting anterograde and retrograde virus tracers in various mice brain cortical areas and imaging under a widefield calcium imaging system and performing histology with Keyence microscope.
• Project on comparing the effects of optogenetic, chemogenetic and pharmacogenetic manipulations in mice brain cortex in successfully performing a selective whisker detection task.
