Performed a variety of massage modalities on a steady clientele to reduce pain, relax the nervous system and bring awareness to holding patterns. Provided Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Cupping, Gua Sha, Polarity Therapy and Ayurvedic Bodywork.

Performs Ayurvedic massage and bodywork on guests attending a wellness retreat. I provide Abhyanga, Udvartana, Shirodhara, Janu Basti, Greeva Basti, Kati Basti, Facials and custom massage for our guests.

Provided Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Ayurvedic Massage, Facial Gua Sha and Reflexology Foot Treatments. Worked collaboratively with Acupuncturists, Herbalists and an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Provided Ayurvedic massage & bodywork synchronized with another therapist during Panchakarma or single day treatments. The treatments we provided in tandem are Abhyanga, Vishesh, Udvartana and Pinda. We worked as a team under the direction of an Ayurvedic Practitioner's prescribed treatment plan for Panchakarma.

I worked individually providing Custom Massage, Swedhana, Shirodhara, Nasya, Heart Dhara, Ear Candles, Ginger Foot Bath, Yoni Steam, Oil/Herbal Basti, Moxa, Lepa, and Pichu.

Worked under the direction of a Chiropractic Doctor's prescribed treatment plan as a Chiropractic Assistant and independently as a LMT. Consulted with clients about medical history, symptoms, and desired results. Evaluated client's postural and muscular imbalances to locate painful or tense areas of the body. Provided safe and effective massage therapy techniques. Informed clients on relaxation, postural improvement, and stretching.

As an LMT Co-Manager, my responsibilities included training newly hired therapists in soft tissue techniques and SOAP notes.

Worked with members of Knot Springs and guests requesting Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stone, Cupping, Swedish, and Ashiatsu.

Performed Rehabilitation massage on Motor Vehicle Accident clients; and worked with guests requesting Swedish, Ashiatsu, Hot Stone, and Himalayan Salt treatments.

Worked with client's requesting general relaxation and spa pampering. Provided Swedish, Hot Oil Scalp treatments, Herbal Detox Body Wraps, Salt & Sugar Glows and Sinus Relief massage.
