Center of the Plate Category Manager.

• Responsible for growing all aspects related to Center of the Plate category.

• Depended upon to grow and promote SYSCO branded products. Conducts assortment research, provides knowledge of products and educates local sale team on benefits of SYSCO brand.
• Coordinates merchandising support for sales teams covering street customers, multi-national units, and gaming businesses.
• Leverages relationships with vendors and brokers to secure inventory or explore different options beneficial to SYSCO and its customers.
• Conducts weekly assessment to ensure urgent replenishment coordination with sister Site in region.
