Additional Information

I am excited to inform you that I have recently undergone the Electronic Public Health Emergency Management Tool (E-PHEM) training to enhance my skills in detecting diseases and identifying outbreaks early on. This tool lets me quickly generate spot and situation reports, allowing swift and efficient responses to any signals or outbreaks. With this valuable skill set, I am confident I can contribute positively to any public health organization, including government institutions.

I actively participated in the West Africa Regional Table Top Exercise on Lassa fever, a crucial initiative aimed at assessing the readiness of the healthcare system in Guinea and Liberia to respond to outbreaks. The exercise, which identified gaps and strategies to mitigate the spread of the disease, played a significant role in enhancing the preparedness and resilience of the healthcare system in the subregion.

I confidently attended numerous sessions, such as reviewing the cholera elimination plan, undergoing EMT training, analyzing the Personnel Deployment Plan, and actively participating in the EPRRG meetings held every Wednesday.

I take immense pride in my contribution to developing a Mortality Surveillance Tool, a crucial element in our fight against epidemic-prone diseases. Leveraging an integrated national epidemiological surveillance system under the One Health approach demonstrated our unwavering commitment to public health.
