• Provide comprehensive nursing care, treatment plans and interventions in an efficient and consistent manner to patients in intensive care setting
• Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs and symptoms utilizing advanced monitoring and equipment and responding quickly in emergency situations
• Administer medications that require close monitoring, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed by physician
• Keep accurate record of all care provided, and any changes in patient’s condition
• Maintain strong working relationships with physicians and ancillary staff, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care delivery.
• Educate patients and families to increase understanding of condition and best ways to manage.
• Adhere to hospital's standard policies and safety protocols

• Conduct regular assessment to identify any changes in residents’ condition and address concerns promptly
• Implement personalized care plans based on health needs, preferences and goals
• Coordinate care with other members of the team.

• Managed unit when on duty with overall continuing clinical responsibility, in order to carry out safe delivery of care including staff allocation, clinical audits, education, and risk management
• Acted as liaison between staff and leadership and management to keep them informed of relevant issues affecting care.
