Initially, Premier Talent Finders, LLC was created to provide direct hire healthcare recruiting services in collaboration with Capstone Health. Initial contract was in force for six-months, with expectations to resign another contract on or before 12/27/2024. Decision was made not to extend the contract, but Premier Talent Finders went into 2025 as a stand-alone independent recruiting agency.

Promoted to Recruiting Manager June 2022. Grew the Healthcare Division to 18 total employees and reached $10.1M in 2023.

PAZ Kansas was an east coast healthcare organization expanding into Kansas. PAZ purchased a Family Practice and Surgery clinics in Wichita, KS as "feeder" clinics to serve the closed Halstead Hospital, which the company was renovating to transition to a specialty surgical hospital.
I also served as the Practice Manager for both clinics while managing my recruiting staff to fill clinical hospital positions before the grand opening.
