Responsible for the accurate shipping of all notes for closed loans to the warehouse banks and on to the investors once the loans were sold. Responsible for receiving, processing and reviewing final title policies and deeds of trust and sending them on to the appropriate investor. Handled large volumes of mail and documents packages daily and maintained the file room. This position required high organizational skills, extreme attention to detail and the ability to work well with other departments in order to deliver time sensitive trailing documents. Prepared detailed training notes and directions to enable anyone else to step in should it become necessary.
