Multiple time Safety Leader of the Month

Our Plant Safety Committee (PSC) awards a safety leader of the month each month at our PSC meetings. The workers are nominated for going above and beyond their normal daily duties and pointing out safety issues in the plant. The nominees names are then taken out of the nomination and read in the PSC meeting, then voted on by the meeting attendees. Throughout my 9+ years of employment at Valtris I have won this award multiple times. I have also nominated many coworkers to highlight their attention of safety in the plant.
