Worked with Rabbinic Authority of New York to fly a Rabbi into town, have our facility prepped and ready, paperwork abd documents must be ready. Flew him 1st class(required). I was his host throughout visit. I precipitated his visit by letting ownership know of need for Kosher Certification to sell our products on the East and West Coasts.
