Forecasts were adopted for US NonSort network (65+ sites), US IXD network (30+ sites), and Canada and US Traditional Sortable Small and Light (TSSL) networks (40+ sites) amounting to >$28M annually in labor savings
- Single treaded leader (STL) for team planning cycles. Owns three-year vision, and Operational Planning documents that decide which products/initiatives technical team will undertake for long-term (3 year), and immediate-term (1 year) planning cycles.
