  • Led a team of three Data Scientists and three Data Engineers through a multi-year initiative to produce input-data for Inbound shift-planning purposes. Machine Learning (ML) solution utilizes industry-standard signal data (EDI/ASN) as input data to predict the processing requirements of individual trailers. This solution feeds shift-planning and trailer-planning optimization tools and has been implemented across Amazon’s Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) network (30+ sites) delivering $68.8MM in labor saving annually
  • Created ML solution to predict daily and weekly New Vendor Freight (NVF) arrivals at sites over a three-week time horizon. Forecasts were adopted for US NonSort network (65+ sites), US IXD network (30+ sites), and Canada and US Traditional Sortable Small and Light (TSSL) networks (40+ sites) amounting to >$28M annually in labor savings
  • Single treaded leader (STL) for team planning cycles. Owns three-year vision, and Operational Planning documents that decide which products/initiatives technical team will undertake for long-term (3 year), and immediate-term (1 year) planning cycles.
