T3 Technical Lead, CEO Escalation and Executive Escalation Analyst, RCA, and RCCA
- Currently providing primary technical analysis for all executive and CEO escalations.
- Provide in depth root cause analysis, document failures in product and process.
- Suggest and develop solutions, including working with department heads across the company and any related resources to fix all issues that arise.
- Have previously acted as the technical account manager for 8 of the 12 largest solar installers in the United States.
- Provide design review and analysis as needed.
- Provide technical uptraining and resources to the Tier 3 support team.
