Job requires response to various types of water and sewer utility emergencies, interacting with customers, and monitoring SCADA alarms along with combined sewer overflow locations. Job requires knowledge on SAP, EVERBRIDGE, and ARC GIS programs.

Various sewer rehabilitation tasks including main line pipe inspection, jumbo jet vac operation, manhole rehabilitation, CIPP installation, and lateral lining. Here I was promoted to crew leader where I was given record plans in various towns and was tasked to lead and complete various jobs. I was in charge of record keeping and consulting with town engineers on the status and any safety concerns with the jobs.

• Evaluated situation at emergency sites to determine and execute most effective methods for saving life and property.
• Responded to emergency medical calls to perform lifesaving procedures and other emergency medical services.
• After I was promoted to captain I trained new firefighters to comply with safety protocols and equipment usage.
