I’m currently studying for the CompTIA Security + (SYO-701) exam, and I am currently looking for a job to get my foot into the IT industry.

I deeply enjoy problem solving and learning, and am extremely detail oriented, which in the past has often lead me to obtain an intricate understanding of how and why things function the way they do. I frequently read as a hobby, and enjoy discussing complex ideas with my friends, which I believe has endowed me with the ability to clearly communicate technical ideas with others. I’m not easily irritated or discouraged, and I have found these qualities to be invaluable in my prior customer service experience, especially when dealing with frustrated customers.
