Kyle Renfro

• Since 2018, I have made a living as a Freelance Guitarist, Instructor and Performer.
• I have maintained a lesson studio in La Crosse teaching anywhere from 15-35 students of all ages weekly.
• I operate my own company KR Productions LLC through which I travel and perform as myself in the tri-state area (WI, IA, MN)
• For the last 6 years I have adapted skills by being my own accountant, administrative assistant, and public relations coordinator.

Sleeping Giant Gaming is a start-up tabletop gaming company based in La Crosse, WI. They are the developer of a new D&D 5th Edition campaign setting, and during their recent Kickstarter campaign I offered my services as a game market consultant and assisted in advertising and marketing the campaign. I also joined them at Game Hole Con in Madison, WI to assist in displaying the product in the Exhibitor's Hall. I was required to display product knowledge, and help drive customers to their active Kickstarter page to help land new backers. I am still consulting for them on and off for conventions and during production downtime until the product launches later in 2024.

• Assisted customers in purchase of Rental Band & Orchestra Instruments, Guitars, Live Sound equipment, and various music accessories.
• Assistant Sound Engineer for SSE Sound & Light. Worked events such as High School Show Choir Competitions, and Holiday events
• Monitor engineer. Worked side stage operating monitor mixes for International acts at La Crosse Irishfest. Also organized setup and teardown between acts setting and offloading the stage with heavy sound and musical equipment.

• Shift Lead for Morning and Afternoon shifts
• Trained employees in Tomah, WI prior to Grand Opening of new franchise.
• Completed Servsafe certification for proper food handling, drink and food prep.

• Completed study, coursework and passed State Exam to attain Bartending License.
• Served customers in Sports Lounge and Family Dining, as well operating the mini-bar at Three Bears Resort lounge operated by the same owner.

• Took complete inventory of products purchased by The Toro Company from Astec Underground after purchase of Astec Underground production lines for underground equipment such as Trenchers, Skid-steers, etc.
• Oversaw package and shipping of purchased product inventory.
