To use the skills and knowledge obtained from being a current ADN Nursing level 2 degree in order to become a competent patient centered nurse.

• Rio Grande Regional Hospital, 02/2018, volunteered as a porter with over 100 service hours at the hospital, I transferred patients where they need to go, assist in escorting them out of the hospital, and anything else that I am asked to do.
• City of McAllen Parks and Recreation, McAllen, 11/2017-Present, Assisted at Las Palmas Community Center with the senior citizens and their activities as well as youth program classes in the evening as well., Any time there are special events with the City of McAllen such as: McAllen Holiday Parade, McAllen Marathon, Halloween Festival, 4th of July Parade, and other community center events.
• Northside Family Medical Center, 05/2021, Shadowed Dr. Luis Delgado within the broad spectrum of family medicine, Learned how a variety of insurance and health care plans are initiated and processed for the patient's overall health, Was able to run some paperwork to the laboratory, and the nursing station, Learned in depth on diabetes and how to help the patient depending on their current status, Was able to become familiar with many medical instruments used within the setting of a check-up
