Kylee Walker

As a head coach here at All Star Revolution, I am responsible for managing 3 different teams. It is my responsibility to communicate with parents of the cheerleaders via phone, email or face to face regarding questions, comments or concerns.

My cheerleaders compete at large venues all around Houston, Galveston, San Antonio and Dallas. I travel with my teams to these venues, and it's my responsibility as head coach to communicate to all 3 teams important information about these competitions. This information includes where the team will be staying at, planning meet times to go over competition information and being responsible for over 30+ children at one time.

• Enhanced guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about the facilities services and pricing.
• Responsible for check-in and check-out processes alongside front desk admin.
• Maintained a professional and welcoming front desk area, setting a positive first impression for guests.
• Assisted management in maintaining room inventory.
