While in the Kitchen Director role, I had many responsibilities that covered restaurant operations, guest experience and team experience. These Responsibilities can best be listed as:

As a resident at Chapel Pointe, my main focus was on student ministry. This residency was put into place by Chapel Pointe with the goal of preparing me to be sent out to wherever God calls me, and to be able to answer that call by confidently minister specifically to students 6th-12th grade! While at Chapel Pointe:

• I taught a class to 6th-8th graders going through the books of Genesis and Exodus.
• I had a key role in preparing all youth group content (ie. Small Groups, Large Group Speaking, Retreats, etc...)
• Was in charge of all setup and teardown of events throughout the church extending outside of just youth ministry

While in this role I was in charge of running the kitchen on a day to day basis with a large focus on operational excellence. There were also some other responsibilities that I was trusted with to ensure the restaurant ran as smooth as possible:

• My responsibility as a director was to ensure that everyone is doing their job correctly. while working as a director I was responsible with putting away any Pepsi or Vistar orders, I was in charge of a range from 1-15+ cast members, making sure everything is being completed with great quality and speed. I was also responsible for making sure that all transactions and cash handling is done correctly throughout the day.
• I also worked as a Cook where my responsibilities are to complete food prep, put away Gordon Food order twice a week, cook food to order, and deliver food to guests.
• I also held the position of Guest Relations. This is a position where I went wherever I was needed. I was responsible for checking in on theaters to make sure both sound and picture quality are great, along with making sure that the environment for our guests was a great family friendly environment. I was also responsible for resolving any issues that our guests may have had and helping them leave happy and content with their experience.
