- At BJ’S Brewhouse we do dining differently providing the most hospitable service utilizing a table standard of 12 steps of service ensuring guests feel educated on our services and standards, but even more excited to explore the over 60 Globally sourced and House brewed draft beers that span from end to end of the dining room. This unique approach to Dining events allows servers to have almost unlimited selling capabilities with such a thorough and unique brand to sell.
- With BJ’S clever culture, alcohol, and menu variety I was able to garner 1500$ nightly in sales for the company with an average of 23% personal Profit.
- Serving, especially in an environment fundamentalized on sales building allowed me to only work weekends, enabling me to better prioritize my studies like I was unable to previously.
