I work as a contact specialist. I take inbound calls and do outbound calls specializing in member services. I work in customer service to make sure the best service is delivered to everyone that calls.

• I started as a teller and then promoted to a relationship banker. My responsibilities consist of cash handling, customer service, audits, the vault, opening accounts, credit card and loan applications, and assisting with the teller line as needed.

• My responsibilities consisted of cash handling, customer service, audits, vault, and helping other tellers with outages.

• I was a store manager. My responsibilities were scheduling, audits, paperwork, and customer service.
