UCLA Community Internship in Social Welfare: Specializing in Neurodivergent Populations (Autism, ADHD)
Guadalajara, México: helped in providing free-of-charge medical services at local non-profit clinics to both adults and children by performing vitals, patient intake, and initial consultations prior to the arrival of the clinician. Patient communication was mainly in Spanish, so this experience increased my clinical vocabulary working with Spanish-speaking patients.
