I was a personal caregiver for my grandmother for 2 years as I cooked, cleaned, changed her diaper etc. I've also been a caregiver for multiple clients displaying these same skills and enhancing my professional skills in the caregiver field. I got into customer service work as a phone representative as I gained active listening skills and working with many different people, responding professionally to different attitudes and entering data information for ATT. I've worked with children as a substitute teacher and leader for elementary schools gaining communication skills, leadership, and critical thinking skills helping kids learn while relationship building.
