Taught over 300 solo and private students in TX, TN, and Utah for the past three decades. Judged UIL and Ensemble Music Competitions in Houston for 11 years. Privilege of conducting the Bay Area Youth Symphony, children ages 3-12, from its beginning in 2010-2012. Served as Concertmaster of the Clear Lake Symphony from 2004-2010, performing over 40 concerts. Taught 3 Youth Orchestras at Vanderbilt University in 2021-2022. Freelance musician in the community for weddings, church events, nursing homes, TV, and benefits for disaster relief.
Substitute teacher with Wilson County and MNPS school districts, with a focus on students with special needs.
Conducted four High School orchestras and coached small chamber music groups and soloists for UIL Solo and Ensemble Competitions. Students received Superior ratings at contest. Transcribed musical compositions to help each student play at their level in orchestra. Held auditions to select performers for musical presentations. Performed six times a year in front of live audiences and as part of theater productions. I was also a substitute in the Clear Creek Independent School District long before I was a teacher, 2001-2003.

*2007-2017, Performer with American Idol's Carrie Underwood at the 4th of July Spectacular in Provo, Utah and David Archuleta at his Billboard Awards and various church functions.
*2013-2023, Chaperone for the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, under the direction of Benjamin Zander, on their musical tours throughout Europe, Africa and South America.
*2017-2021, Co-Director of the Nashville Fine Arts and Suzuki Academy in the greater Nashville Area.
*2022-2024, Caregiver for an elderly man with Alzheimer's Disease, using music therapy as a way to help him live a more fulfilling life.
