• Developed an in-process fixture method to promote vertical integration of the bonding process.
• Implemented a critical blueprint revision that eliminated product line scrap.
• Standardized solder bill of materials and inventory cycle count process, resulting in a reduction of material requisition variance.
• Collaborated with IT and engineering teams and led UAT of the new bond log application.

• Performed solder bonding operations based on SOP.
• Handled, prepared, inspected various types of target materials.
• Used measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM to verify dimensional conformance.
• Collaborated and assisted engineers and technicians in developments and projects.

• Configured part program to HMI to initiate CNC in-line automation.
• Operated buffing equipment to clean and polish final products.
• Cooperated with machinists and other operators to upkeep the work areas.
• Initiated MRBs for products that fail requirements or specifications.

• Diagnosed and repaired electrical and mechanical issues using a wide range of hand and power tools, and diagnostic software on customer vehicles.
• Documented recommendations for potential repairs.
• Communicated with advisors and customers about the vehicles, when necessary.
• Attended company-sponsored classes to obtain manufacturer certifications. Achieve silver status as a Hyundai automotive technician.

• Assisted the shop foreman and other technicians with diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles.
• Performed routine preventative maintenance (oil change, alignment, tire rotation, transmission/coolant flush, etc).
• Performed other tasks as requested by the service manager.
