- Lead/Manage cross-functional teams (Waterfall, Agile and business teams) to up to 35 staff on major initiatives and oversee diverse portfolio of projects ranging from $2M to $20M
- Partner with technology controls, development and product leads to ensure that application/Infrastructure solutions meet requirements for migration to cloud/AWS.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet established goals and objectives (per project contract) that support financial and competitive goals of organization
- Serve as communication link between onshore and offshore project teams and senior leadership of client and Capgemini leaders
- Regularly manage budget process by updating required work to complete and current budget sections
- Played a pivotal role in managing projects aimed at efficiently managing scope, schedule, resources, and risks, tracking performance variances, formulating monthly health reports, preparing project execution and delivery plan, and attaining organizational goals
- Provide management and technical knowledge while working with teams (onshore and offshore) of data engineers, software developers, data warehouse analysts and QA to arrive at best possible execution decisions
- Designated to handle company's Release Management process for all releases, evangelizing new techniques and technologies to dramatically improve average project return on investment
- Project : Lead/Managed SAS, Fiserv and Synchrony business and IT teams to upgrade Fraud Management software provided by SAS to Synchrony. This upgraded software helped Synchrony Financial to save millions of dollars from Fraud and help Synchrony for better authentication and decision of transactions.
