Experienced registered nurse passionate about advancing nursing education and expanding professional expertise. My nursing journey began during the challenging time of the Covid pandemic in 2020, working in the fast-paced environment of the ER in which I gained invaluable skills in patient assessment, critical thinking, clinical judgment, medication administration, team collaboration, time management, and diverse ER operations. I then transitioned into travel nursing which allowed me to gain the strength and courage required to adapt to the ever-changing environments that comes with working in a different hospital every few months. I'm motivated by growth and accomplishments, eager to apply extensive knowledge and continue expanding experience in other nursing specialties.
