  • Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority, Treasurer, September 2017 - December 2019, Oversaw expenses, reimbursements, membership dues, and ensured the overall budget and accounts were accurate., Planned and coordinated events throughout the year to help with dues and our local and national philanthropy.
  • Transition Achievement Program, January 2019 - May 2019, Collaborated and planned physical activity sessions three times a week for high school clients who had disabilities.
  • Kids in Action, January 2017 - May 2019, Worked with kids with and without disabilities in order to help with their physical activity. Met with the kids weekly on Fridays for an hour. We worked four weeks in the pool and four weeks in an open gym for activities.

  • Program Design, September 2019, Facilitate and assist adults with disabilities through group physical activity programming to promote exercise and healthy lifestyles. Completing a semester-long project to design a Dance related program plan for individuals with intellectual disabilities and on the Autism spectrum which included mission, vision, values; costs and budget, and community engagement strategies.
  • Strength and Resistance Training, September 2018, Developed an eight-week strength training program for an athlete of my choosing. Learned proper technique on strength training.
