I have also been staff nurse/ charge nurse on every shift in multiple homes, traveled during COVID outbreak and managed a COVID unit within one of the homes I also worked with shiftkey as an agency nurse for the summer learning many different aspects of long term care and assisted living.
I work well with others, and believe the facility can not perform excellent care without a team in place that has the same beliefs.
I loved working in medsurg as a new grad and look forward to returning to that setting and learning more about patient care. Skilled nursing is also a passion for me.
